A Brief History

In the 1960s the first Hair Dressers in Maninagar was set up by Mr. Jayantibhai Rajabhai Gondaliya today know as "Metro the Salon". It was warmly welcomed by people of Ahmedabad and became well-known in just matter of few years. Just 15 years after Mr. Rashikbhai Jayantibhai Gondaliya took over the salon from his father and started expanding the business. In August 1993 Mr. Rashikbhai shifted "Metro Hair Dressers" to the first floor of Ghadiyali Complex and there born "Metro Hair & Care".

It was one of kind and the most professional Salon of its time. A lot of famous people and celebrities visited and promoted our brand. Soon after, the young and energetic Mr. Pranav Gondaliya joined the business. With the AIM of broadening the horizon of business and with that in the beginning of 21st century the birth of "Metro The Salon" took place - A Salon for the people of next generation.
